How do I figure out my nail sizes?
purchasing a Sizing Kit is a foolproof way to be confident that the sizes, shape and length are a perfect fit for you. make sure you measure on bare nails (no shellac, gel, or anything). you can also determine your size by measuring your nails and referring to the size chart. if none of the standard sizes fit you, choose "Custom" and leave your measurements/sizes at checkout.
please note that extra short or short lengths may not be suitable for those with long nail beds. refer to the nail shapes page for measurements.
How many nails come in a set?
10 nails come in each set.
How long do the nails stay on?
depending on your application method and lifestyle, they can stay on from 1 day to 3 weeks.
adhesive tabs: meant to last 1-2 days following the same nail prep steps as using nail glue.
nail glue: meant to last anywhere from 1-3 weeks with proper prep and application. refer to full instructions included with your nail order. use less glue for a shorter wear time, and more for longer wear time.
* DO NOT pull the nails off as it can be extremely damaging to your natural nails. follow removal instructions to keep your nails healthy and the press-ons in reusable condition.
* DO NOT use your nails as tools. wear gloves when washing dishes and using cleaning products, etc. to improve wear time.
How do I remove my press-ons?
- get your fav playlist/show ready
- soak nails in a bowl with warm water, dish soap/oil for 10-20 mins depending on how much glue you applied
- gently slide cuticle pusher under the press-on and lift off
- if they do not come off easily, soak again - do not force them off!
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
because all sets are made to order, no exchanges or refunds. for this reason, please double check your nail sizes and order before completing your purchase.

Can I order a replacement nail if I lose one?
yes, you can order replacement nails on the shop page. if there are 1-3 nails in your set that don't fit, this is an option as well.
What is the processing time?
the current processing time is 7-14 days, then shipping time can be calculated based on your location and rate at checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
